Madame de Mareschal - Director - CP/CE1
specialized teacher by training, is a resource person in the field of inclusive education.
Madame Richard - CE2/CM1/CM2
CP/CE1
All the socialization and autonomy work started in cycle 1 continues throughout cycles 2 and 3.
The basics necessary for reading, writing and mathematics, acquired in kindergarten are the subject of rigorous and systematic work from CP.
The mastery of the language is fundamental, it is practiced in an organized and progressive way, using the Taoki method (syllabic method), which comes to extend that of the alphas, used in large section to familiarize the pupils with the sounds and their different writings.
In mathematics, the heuristic method (MHM) is practiced from GS to CE1. It's about practicing maths in hands-on workshops, games and training, with daily mental calculation, frequent problems, as well as spiral (with many reminders and backtracking) and methodical learning.
CE2/CM1/CM2
In the CE2/CM1/CM2 class, the day is ritualized.
In the morning, students begin with two rituals: mental arithmetic and dictation. The rest of the morning is devoted to learning French and mathematics.
In the afternoon, we study geography, history, moral and civic education, plastic arts,...
The class is arranged in spaces, we find that of CM and that of CE2.
A self-help table is available to students.
At the back of the class a reading corner is available to students.
An island is in the classroom. It allows group work but also allows the teacher to work with a group of students encountering difficulties.
The class is equipped with an interactive digital video to display documents in color and to offer fun and digital activities.
In this class with three levels, the teacher attaches great importance to developing autonomy.
A work plan allows students to reinvest the skills worked in the different areas independently. Each student progresses at their own pace. One of the activities in this work plan is copying, illustrating and learning poetry.
When the student feels ready, the teacher gives him a date for the recitation.
The different levels are regularly required to work together and help each other.
